سياسة الإرجاع والإلغاء

في اكاديمية بيت التنس، نحن ملتزمون بتقديم خدمات وتجارب عالية الجودة. ندرك أن الخطط قد تتغير، ونهدف إلى تقديم سياسة إلغاء وإعادة جدولة عادلة وشفافة لاستيعاب عملائنا مع ضمان سلاسة العمليات. يرجى مراجعة الإرشادات التالية بعناية قبل إجراء الحجز.

1. حجوزات الملاعب (التنس، البادل، البيكل بول، إلخ)

إعادة الجدولة:

• إشعار مسبق أكثر من 24 ساعة: يمكن للعملاء إعادة جدولة حجز الملعب مجاناً إذا طلبوا ذلك قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من موعد الحجز المقرر.
• خلال 24 ساعة: لا يُسمح بإعادة الجدولة خلال 24 ساعة من موعد الحجز المقرر. ومع ذلك، في ظروف استثنائية، قد نستوعب الطلبات بناءً على التوفر.

الإلغاء:

• إشعار مسبق أكثر من 24 ساعة: العملاء الذين يلغون حجزهم قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من الموعد المقرر سيحصلون على استرداد في محفظة منصة الحجوزات مطروحاً منه رسوم إدارية قدرها 10 ريال سعودي. سيتم إضافة المبلغ المسترد كرصيد بطاقة هدايا (نقاط) للاستخدام المستقبلي.
• خلال 24 ساعة: عمليات الإلغاء خلال 24 ساعة من موعد الحجز المقرر غير قابلة للاسترداد.

عدم الحضور: إذا فشل العميل في حضور حجز مقرر دون إشعار مسبق، سيتم تحصيل كامل رسوم الحجز، ولن يتم إصدار أي استرداد أو رصيد.

2. جلسات التدريب

إعادة الجدولة:

• يمكن للعملاء إعادة جدولة جلسة التدريب فقط إذا كان المدرب متاحاً في وقت جديد.
• إشعار مسبق أكثر من 24 ساعة: يُسمح بطلبات إعادة الجدولة المقدمة قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل.
• خلال 24 ساعة: لا يُسمح بإعادة الجدولة خلال 24 ساعة من الجلسة.

الإلغاء:

• جميع عمليات إلغاء جلسات التدريب غير قابلة للاسترداد، بغض النظر عن فترة الإشعار. لن يتم إضافة أي استرداد أو نقاط.

3. العضويات

• الاستردادات: رسوم العضوية غير قابلة للاسترداد تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.

4. الظروف الجوية القاهرة

• إذا كانت الملاعب الخارجية غير صالحة للعب بسبب الظروف الجوية، يمكن إعادة جدولة الحجوزات المتأثرة دون تكلفة إضافية.
• القرار النهائي بشأن صلاحية الملعب للعب يعود حصرياً لإدارة اكاديمية بيت التنس.

5. كيفية الإلغاء أو إعادة الجدولة

لإلغاء أو إعادة جدولة حجز:

• يجب على العملاء القيام بذلك من خلال  الاتصال بمكتب الاستقبال لدينا.
• يرجى تقديم رقم مرجع الحجز وسبب الإلغاء أو إعادة الجدولة.

6. معالجة الاستردادات

• سيتم معالجة جميع الاستردادات المعتمدة خلال 5-7 أيام عمل كرصيد في رصيد بطاقة الهدايا (نقاط) الخاص بالعميل.

٨. المدفوعات عبر البطاقات الائتمانية

لن يتم استرجاع أو استرداد أي مبالغ مالية للعميل على حجوزات الملاعب التي تمت عن طريق البطاقات الائتمانية بجميع أنواعها، وإنما ستكون على شكل نقاط بقيمة المبلغ مخصوماً منها الرسوم الإدارية حسب ما ذُكر سابقاً، وتُضاف هذه النقاط إلى محفظة العميل ليتمكن من استخدامها لاحقاً في الحجوزات المستقبلية.

Return and Cancellation Policy

At Tennis Home Academy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services and experiences. We recognize that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and rescheduling policy to accommodate our clients while ensuring smooth operations. Please review the following guidelines carefully before making a booking.

1. Court Bookings (Tennis, Padel, Pickleball, etc.)

Rescheduling:

• More than 24 hours’ notice: Clients can reschedule their court booking free of charge if they request it at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. 
• Within 24 hours: Rescheduling is not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled booking. However, under exceptional circumstances, we may accommodate requests based on availability.

Cancellations:

• More than 24 hours’ notice: Clients who cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a refund to the booking platform wallet, minus a 10 SAR administrative fee. The refund will be credited as gift card balance (points) for future use.
• Within 24 hours: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable.

No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled booking without prior notice, the full booking fee will be charged, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

2. Training Sessions

Rescheduling:

• Clients can reschedule their training session only if a coach is available at a new time.
• More than 24 hours’ notice: Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance are allowed.
• Within 24 hours: Rescheduling is not permitted within 24 hours of the session.

Cancellations:

• All cancellations for training sessions are non-refundable, regardless of notice period. No refunds or points will be added.

3. Memberships

• Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Adverse Weather Conditions

• If outdoor courts are unplayable due to weather conditions, affected bookings may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
• The final decision on court playability rests solely with Tennis Home Academy management.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule a booking:

• Clients must do so through their online account or by contacting our front desk.
• Please provide your booking reference and the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

6. Refund Processing

• All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days as a credit to the client’s gift card balance (points).

8. Credit Card Payments

No monetary refunds will be issued to clients for court bookings made via any type of credit card. Instead, refunds will be provided as points equivalent to the amount paid, minus the administrative fee as previously stated. These points will be credited to the client’s wallet for use in future bookings.
